  • Late Payments: Delays in payment may result in the suspension or termination of services until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to charge a late fee or interest for overdue invoices.
  • Currency: Payments will be made in the currency agreed upon at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Recurring Plans: Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled anytime with at least 7 days notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  • One-Time Services: Once work has begun, one-time services are non-refundable.
  • Refund Policy: No partial refunds will be provided for work already completed. If we fail to meet agreed-upon service levels, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation Requests: To cancel services, you must submit your request in writing via email at support@zedelglobal.com.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date content and details necessary for the delivery of services.
  • Client Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete client input, or failure to provide required materials.
  • Third-Party Cooperation: If third-party services are required (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms), you are responsible for ensuring their cooperation.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the logos, websites, designs, and other deliverables created as part of our services.
  • Portfolio Use: We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless you specifically request in writing that your project remains confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or profits resulting from the use of our services.
  • Exclusion of Liability: We are not liable for any losses arising from misuse of the delivered content, third-party services or issues, or website downtime beyond our control.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, or internet outages).

8. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated Timelines: Project timelines provided are estimates and depend on timely cooperation and input from the client.
  • Project Scope Changes: Minor changes and maintenance are included in certain packages (as specified). Any significant redesigns, additional features, or changes beyond the original scope will incur additional fees.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by client failure to meet deadlines or provide necessary information.

9. Account Security

  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including login details and passwords provided by us.
  • Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
